Jane House is a paper project I put together for a graphic design class on layout and gridding I took with the former layout designer for Teen Vogue. We were asked to devise a “dream project,” design a brand for it and create a convincing, attractive deck to pitch to potential investors. I dreamed of a safe house for young people traveling to New York for abortion care from states or countries that prohibit abortion. The cost of these trips is exorbitant, and the experience can be frightening and isolating for young folks.
